Why was my credit card denied?
There are many reasons why an order comes back denied by your credit card provider, and the most common are:

  • You have insufficient available funds.
  • Your credit card has expired.
  • Your credit card has been canceled.
  • You entered your credit card number incorrectly.
  • You entered an incorrect expiration date.
  • You entered an incorrect or incomplete cvv/cvv2 number.
  • The billing address you submitted does not match your credit card statement.

Where can I view my Billing History?
When you click Billing History & Credit Card Info on your My Account page, you'll see all active features and billing information for which you are currently paying.

 

How do I upgrade my membership?
If you would like to upgrade your membership to our Gold or Platinum plans, just click on Upgrade Now or else on the “Upgrade Now” link at the top left side of your member homepage. Click on Membership Chart in order to learn more about our various membership plans.
